SimpleGPT accesses and processes your Google Sheets data (e.g., cell values as prompts/data) to provide AI-driven features like extraction, categorization, and cleansing via integration with third-party AI service providers (such as OpenRouter, which routes to models like OpenAI’s ChatGPT). Data Accessed and Used
* From Google APIs: Current spreadsheet content only (via spreadsheets.currentonly scope) for formula processing; anonymous user ID (UUID) for tracking. No full email or profile access.
* Sent to External Services: Prompts and data (which may contain PII like names/emails) are sent to third-party AI service providers (e.g., OpenRouter) for AI generation; responses returned to your Sheet. * Storage: Results cached temporarily in script cache (6 hours) and persistently in a hidden sheet (sheet-specific) for efficiency/reuse. Anonymized logs (e.g., usage patterns, no content) for Service improvements.
* Sharing: Only with third-party AI service providers (for AI processing), Stripe (for payments/subscriptions), Google Cloud (for hosting/DB). No selling, advertising, or training on your data without explicit consent.
* Limits: Data used solely for Service provision/improvement (e.g., formula execution, dependency ordering). No human review without consent (e.g., for support). You control/delete via account or sheet deletion. Free tier limited to 20 calls/day at $0 balance for trial.
