Yes. Once the project is complete and fully paid for, the code is yours. This includes all source code for the project. We’ll set up a contract with you prior to engagement that assigns ownership to you, provided certain conditions are met. (Third party libraries may be included in your software package. Those are licensed by their providers to you, not sold.)

Prior to a first call, no. We run across too many ideas in a given year for that to make sense. We need to make sure there isn’t a conflict with existing customers, and that we’re a good fit for your project prior to signing an NDA. Once we start moving forward, we’d be happy to, as long as it’s a mutual NDA.

That depends on the complexity and scope of your project. Smaller applications or MVPs can take a few weeks, while more complex systems might take several months. We’ll outline a clear timeline in your proposal so you always know what to expect—and we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.
We aim to be as efficient with your time as possible. In the early stages, we’ll need your input to understand your goals, clarify requirements, and validate decisions. Once development is underway, we’ll handle the heavy lifting and keep communication streamlined—so you’re involved, but not overwhelmed.
We’re flexible. A junior employee can be the day-to-day contact as long as they have decision-making authority or can get quick answers when needed. However, for key milestones like strategy, scope definition, or sign-offs, having access to a senior stakeholder—ideally the owner or someone with a clear vision—helps keep things on track.
Yes, we offer remote support for your convenience. Our team can access your systems securely to diagnose and resolve issues. This allows us to provide quick assistance without the need for onsite visits.
